ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Board of Commissioners of the Athens County Regional Planning Commission conducts monthly meetings to review subdivision requests, floodplain development requests, and to develop land use plans for Athens County. The Board is comprised of the Athens County Commissioners, City & Village Mayors, Athens County Engineer, Athens City-County Health Department Administrator, and Athens City, Nelsonville City and Athens County appointees.
The Athens County Regional Planning Commission Board meets the second Thursday of each month at 8:00 am at the OSU Extension Office, 280 W. Union St. (behind the Athens City-County Health Department. All meetings are open to the public.
