SOTN is Southeast Ohio Training Network, Inc. It is a nonprofit corporation exclusively organized to serve its constituents in the Appalachian, rural southeastern region of the State of Ohio through the provision of:

• a diverse interdisciplinary network for cross–agency training;
• activities concerned with the identification & assessment of regional training needs & resources;
• planning, coordination, & provision of quality, cost effective, culturally sensitive training;
• collaboration & networking forum for trainers, training coordinators, & administrators, in addition to training–of– trainer activities;
• notification of regional training events;
• facilitation of sharing of training sessions & trainers;
• promotion of philosophy of cooperative planning & coordination of cross-agency training while sharing training, personnel, & costs.
