Music
Students
in Kindergarten through sixth grade visit the music room each week.
They experience many facets of music, including: singing, listening, performing
on multicultural and rhythm instruments, composing, arranging, and surveying
music history.
Kids
Next Door
Fifth
and sixth grade students have the opportunity to participate in Kids Next
Door, Morrison's chorus. Each year, members of Kids Next Door
design a t-shirt that is worn at performances. Annual performances
include: a Veteran's Day program, a winter holiday concert at the University
Mall, a Grandparents' Day program, and the Morrison Elementary Mus/Art
Show.

and Recorder Class
Mrs.
Penny Purdy teaches recorder and elementary band at Morrison on Wednesdays.
