Multiple Disabilities Classrooms

Morrison Elementary has two classrooms for students with multiple disabilities.  The qualification process consists of identification through a multi-factored evaluation (MFE). Qualifying students have two or more disabling conditions, including communication, cognitive, behavioral, and/or adaptive deficits.

Instruction in the MD classrooms focuses on social, functional academic, self-help, and behavioral skills.  Students are included in general education classes to the utmost extent possible.
