Perry County Wellness Committee

What are we?

We are a committee of the Perry County Family & Children First Council. The committee oversees Wellness Block Grants from the state to Perry County. The group meets on the 4th Monday of each month at noon at the offices of Perry Behavioral Choices. Theressa Snyder is the committee's chairperson and can be reached at 342-1991. Jim Boyd is staff to the committee and can be reached at 342-4022. Sandra Landis(347-4126) and John Winnenberg(394-2852) serve as consultants for the Wellness Block Grant Program.
