Are you eligible for WIC?

You need to answer yes to all four of these requirements to be eligible.  You must:

• be pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum woman, infant or child under five years old.

• be a resident of Athens or Perry County, Ohio for service from our office.

• have a nutritional need (determined at your first WIC appointment).

• fall into our liberal income guidelines.

Gross Monthly Income for Family Size

Family of 1 - $1,288.00
Family of 2 - $1,735.00
Family of 3 - $2,182.00
Family of 4 - $2,629.00
Family of 5 - $3,076.00
Family of 6 - $3,523.00

For each additional member, add $448.00.
