This site has been developed in order to create a network for knitters in Athens County, the state of Ohio, and the great states beyond. It will be maintained and designed by the Athens County Knitting Group. If you're interested in joining our group, then just email us at knit@seorf.ohiou.edu or show up at Main Street Fibers (6989 Main St., Guysville, 740-662-1100) on the fourth Saturday of every month from 2-4 p.m. We look forward to meeting you and expanding our network!
What's New
We had a meeting on May 23, 2-4 p.m. The group photo has been taken and the notes will be on-line soon.
On June 27th, we will celebrate the first birthday of Mary Ellen Chamberlain's knitting business. A demonstration of what it takes to transform a raw fleece to a finished product will be shown. Call 662-1100 for details.
