The following report summarizes project activities completed over
the past two weeks and planned over the next similar time period.
It also contains information regarding important issues,
procedures, action items, and goals associated with this proj
ect. Please contact Karen Adkins at Sanborn if you have any
questions or comments regarding the information in this report or
the progress of the project.

Major Activities Completed:

Paneling of the ground control locations 100% complete
         as of 3/9/02.
Aerial photography and AGPS acquisition is approximately
         60% complete.

Project Status:

New control location sketches were faxed from Cantor Surveying to
Sanborn on 3/5/02 for distribution to the ground control paneling
field team.  The Sanborn field team arrived in Athens on 3/7/02
and coordinated ground control point paneling efforts with Canter
Surveying.

Unfavorable weather conditions delayed the aerial mission start
date by 4 days.  Completion of the aerial photography mission is
pending suitable weather conditions.

Project Communications:

2/15/02   Email from Archie Stanley to Karen Adkins.
          Request for status of aerial mission.

Important Issues/Procedures:  None at this time.

Action Item Status:

MrSID samples not yet provided to Archie Stanley.
Index grid modifications are in progress.

Requested Action Items:

Sanborn to provide sample MrSID images at different
        compression ratios.
Sanborn to modify index grid and add priority areas.

Major Activities Planned for Next Period (March 16 - 31, 2002)

Complete aerial mission.
Begin processing of film and control data.
