The following report summarizes project activities completed over
the past three weeks and planned over the next similar time
period. It also contains information regarding important issues,
procedures, action items, and goals associated with this pr
oject. Please contact Karen Adkins at Sanborn if you have any
questions or comments regarding the information in this report or
the progress of the project.

Major Activities Completed: None at this time.

Project Status:

Targeting of the ground control has been delayed due to other
projects is expected to begin the week of 3/4/02.  The aerial
photography mission is expected to begin 3/11/02, pending
suitable weather conditions.  At this time, the delay is not
expecte d to impact the production schedule.

Project Communications:

2/28/02   Phone call from Karen Adkins to Chuck Canter.
          Discussed coordination of the Sanborn field paneling
          team.  Chuck requested the team meet with him at the
          office upon arrival in Athens for assistance in
          locating the points for paneling.

2/15/02   Email from Archie Stanley to Karen Adkins.
          Status of blue book data collection.

Important Issues/Procedures:

New control location sketches are required for paneling task.
Karen Adkins will obtain the sketches from Canter Surveying.

Action Item Status:

Updated schedule and sample control letter provided to Archie
Stanley on 2/15/02.

Control book and maps received from Canter Surveying on 2/12/02.
Archie Stanley returned the edited Project Work Plan and signed
Digital Orthophoto Acceptance Criteria to Karen Adkins;
received on 2/22/02.

MrSID samples not yet provided to Archie Stanley.

Index grid modifications are in progress.

Requested Action Items:

Sanborn to provide sample MrSID images at different
        compression ratios.
Sanborn to modify index grid and add priority areas.

Major Activities Planned for Next Period (March 2 - 15, 2002)

Panel ground control points.
Begin aerial mission.
