PatrickContinues the story from his college years (Act II, Scene 3 through the end of the play (when Patrick is a young man with an 8-year-old son)
Ito Mame's doorman and general factotum.  Asian-Americans encouraged to audition!
Mame DennisAuntie Mame, a fascinating, vivacious, cultured woman of New York City. On-stage for almost the entire play.  At the beginning of the play she is in her late twenties.
Vera CharlesMame's closest woman friend, an actress.
Beauregard Jackson Pickett BurnsideMame's true love.  A Southern gentleman and plantation owner who is charitable, friendly, and a lover of travel. Early 30s.
Emory MacDougal / Michael DennisEmory is Sally Cato MacDougal's younger brother, about the same age as young Patrick.  Michael is Patrick and Pegeen's son in the final scene of the play.  Role to be doubled.

Agnes Gooch A dowdy young woman who become's Mame's secretary when Mame decides to write her memoir. Has one glorious night out, with calamatous results.
Brian O'BannionAn “Irish poet” who is supposed to add polish to Mame's memoir; a letch
Gloria UpsonSociety girl who nearly marries Patrick
Mr. UpsonGloria's father; good friend of Babcock
Mrs. UpsonGloria's mother
Pegeen RyanYoung woman who arranges things for a living; bright and efficient; marries Patrick
