Military Records
A copy of your military records can be obtained by contacting the National
Personnel Records Center, 9700 Page Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63132. List the
records that you need, your branch, and any information that will help
them find you records. If second request, cost is $2.85.
If you received a bonus for military service in time of war we can usually
recover your separation papers in a few days from the state you entered the
service from.
Our office has the emergency phone numbers for the various branches if a
veteran's records are needed for medical care, and we assist in completing
SF-180.
