Wastewater Treatment Plant
located on a 13 acre tract of land on the east side of Athens. The plant is situated
on the north bank of the Hocking River. Access to the plant is from East State
Street. The nearest residence is approximately 1,300 feet north of the plant.
The nearest commercial establishment is approximately 500 feet east of the
treatment plant.
