Synopsis: This elusive primary source on Afro-American genealogy/history was
quoted at length by E. Franklin Frazier in his study: _The Free Negro Family_
(1932). No known genealogical collection seems to own this title !

should be reprinted. It should be an asset to genealogical studies for
scholars as well as the general public."
