Welcome to the homepage of J. Ramsak & Sons, a wine and beer importer and wholesaler in Ohio specializing in beverages from Slovenia and surrounding areas. On this page, you'll learn more about --

WHY SLOVENIA?

Well, there is a millenia-old wine tradition there, growing conditions parallel those of the finest wine-producing regions in the world, and... we're from Slovenia originally, having emigrated to the Cleveland area in 1967.

ABOUT US

J. Ramak and Sons was established in 1994, soon after I returned from a visit to Slovenia and suggested to my father Joseph and brother Smiley that the numerous fine wines I tasted there should be shared with others in other parts of the world. Last October (1994), we unloaded our first container of wine, and here we are.
