    quarterly newsletter updating the Athens community on the current
    projects the ATSCA is involved with.    

NICARAGUA CENTRAL NEWSLETTER
    A bi-monthly newsletter written in Teustepe, the quickest update on
    what is happeneing there.  It is edited by Bill Daniel, a volunteer with 
    a New Jersey-based organization, Bridges to Community.  He is producing
    the newsletter for four sister city groups --Athens; Arcata, CA;
    Tucson, AZ; and Upper West Side, Manahattan.
