   Welcome!  Greetings to all who have found their way onto the homepage of
   the Athens/Teustepe Sister City Association (ATSCA), on the Southeast
   Ohio Regional Freenet.

INFORMATION AND NETWORKS

This area contains very general and very specific information about:

The ATSCA;
other US communities linked with partners in the developing world;
Sister Cities International and its affiliates;
and other organizations involved in the global sister city movement and community-based international development policy.

ARCHIVES

We will be archiving

articles, papers and documents relating to community-based global development initiatives;
and will provide an updated listing of resources whose focus is decentralized approaches to development policy.

TRAVEL TIPS

We'll also include some travel tips and share some experiences for those who haven't ventured to the Third World, and we'll provide an updated listing of overseas development-related travel opportunities.
