Notices

On Thursday, Aug. 14, we upgraded Lynx to a new version. It has no
major upgrades, but a few screens may look a bit different, especially
when the web page contains frames and such.

And on Friday, Aug. 15, we have the new, new version. This fixes the
edit problems on files.

Telnet is disabled on SEORF to conserve system resources.
